Arijoy's Photography believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order though email to arijoysphotography.com. However, the cancellation request will not be excepted (zero refund) if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Arijoy's Photography marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Durga Puja, Pongal, Diwali, Christmas and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to the delivery agency & our Customer Service team at the same time. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. We will repair/replace the product, but the item cannot be replaced with any other picture or frame or both.
In case the product received by you is not as shown on the site (as per your order), you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy :
To request a refund against order cancellation as per the above policy, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
100% value refund if order is cancelled within 24 hours from placing order. Refunds are being processed within 7 working days period from cancellation date (Orders to be cancelled via email within 24 hours from placing it online).
100% value refund in case of order - delivery mismatch.Refund will be done for the paid amount within 7 working days after we receive back the mismatched product from your side. Return courier cost will be born by Arijoy's Photography only i.e. for post delivery refunds, requests will be processed within 7 working days from delivery return receipt date at vendor address.
No refund is applicable for transit damage/delivery damage cases, only product will be replaced as per order specification.
